Courage

Perseverance

Hebrews 12:1

Since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witness, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.

 

Patience

Proverbs 19:11

A man's wisdom gives him patience; it is to his glory to overlook an offence.

 

Thankfulness

Psalm 100:4 (Loaves and fishes)

Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.

 

Hope

Romans 5:5

And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

 

Trust

Psalm 33:21

Our heart is glad in Him, because we trust in his holy name

 

Forgiveness

Ephesians 4:32

Be kind to one another, be tender hearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

 

Humility

James 4:6

God opposes the proud, but gives to the humble.

 

Respect

Genesis 9:5-6

And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being.

Compassion

Love

Friendship

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

'You are better off having a friend than being all alone... If you fall, your friend can help you up. But if you fall without having a friend nearby, you are really in trouble.'
